Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette Review

December 29, 2015

I know, I know, I'm a little late on the bandwagon with this one but hey, better late than never right? For some reason, before Christmas, I never had any desire to purchase any of the naked palettes. I always admired how amazing the colour combinations were and read a lot of great reviews online about them, but for a non working, full time student, they are a tad pricey. I took the opportunity this Christmas and decided to ask for one whilst the offer was open. Boy am I glad that I did! When I was deciding which one to get, I had a feeling that this palette was more suited for me as most of the shades in this palette are shades that I generally wear on an everyday basis which means that I am going to get so much use out of it. I also love the fact that the palette actually comes with a decent brush. Normally palettes, especially high street ones, come with those double sided sponges that lets be honest, nobody ever uses and normally throw it out straight away. I would rather them just not put them in at all and have extra room for more eyeshadows.

All of the shadows are incredibly pigmented and have a fantastic colour pay off. I completely forgot to use an eye primer when I first tried a few shades out and it still stayed on all days. There was no sign of the look loosing its shape, creasing or starting to look dull and loose its colour. I also received four little samples of the primer potion which came free with the palette. However, I haven't used them yet so I don't have anything to say regarding the primer, but I am so excited to try it out and if I choose to buy the full tube then you should definitely expect another Urban Decay review.

I also adore the packaging because as most of you know, rose gold is one of my favourite colours right now. I'm so excited to start experimenting with this palette more to see what sort of other looks I can create.
