Lush and Bath Haul

February 19, 2016

I've never been the biggest lush spender, especially since a lot of their stuff are quite pricey for a high street brand, but a few days ago, I decided to have a little splurge and try out some of their bath goodies. My mum also gave me the three little bath bombs in the middle of the basket to add to my  collection. The bath goodies that I purchased from lush were the Dragons Egg Bath Bomb, Twilight Bath Bomb, Frozen Bath Bomb, Tea Tree Toner Tab, Ceridwen's Cauldron Bath Oil, and the Razzle Dazzle Bath Oil.

Before I put each product into my basket, I watched the little videos that Lush has on the website of each product when placed in water and couldn't wait to try them out, I still can't. I have to admit, the biggest reason why I bought the Twilight bath bomb was because it reminded me of one of my favourite films, whether or not it was inspired by the films and books, it will still remind me of that. Dragon's Egg also sounded very interesting too. I've seen a lot of positive reviews about this one online. I was also so intrigued with the concept of the Ceridwen's Cauldron and thought it would be perfect for my dry skin, especially since Spring and Summer are just around the corner, and once the weather warms up, I know I will be showing a lot more skin.

The Frozen Bath Bomb also looked so pretty and dazzling in the video, I have a feeling that will be my first pick when I have my next bubble bath. I was a little surprised with how small the Razzle Dazzle Bath Oil was and was expecting it to be a little bigger as it did look a lot bigger on the website, but nonetheless, I'm sure it will be a lovely little product and hopefully, this will also hydrate my skin with it being a bath oil. Since I've been breaking out a little around my chin and forehead, I'm also hoping that the Tea Tree Toner will help clear up my blemishes and balance out my complexion.
