Travel Diary: Spain - Week Four

July 25, 2016

So since this was my last week in Spain, I have a lot more photos than intended for this week. I have a feeling that I have mentioned in the past that the work placement was ten weeks long not four, but I did decide to leave Spain and return home for many reasons that I will not go into in this post for the sake of it not being the size of a novel.

I decided that I was going to leave rather early in the week and so used the remainder of my days doing some final sightseeing, socialising with new amigos that I made from the town and shopping for souvenirs. Here are some of the photos that I got throughout the week. The ones above are what I had taken on Monday which was my day off. I had been wanting to watch the sunset on the beach since I arrived, so I am so glad that I got to do it before I left.
I will definitely be returning to this town some time in the future. There was not one thing that I didn't love about it! Although, I think that next time, I will be going back on holiday, not for work purposes. With the hours that I was doing, there was no time for me to do everything that I wanted to do and visit places outside of the town that I wasn't able to visit. Although I had a somewhat decent work schedule, I was always exhausted after work and generally found myself taking full advantage of the Spanish culture and their siestas or lounging on the beach.
