Easter Weekend

April 16, 2017

Easter weekend has been a blast! I have enjoyed every minute of the time I have spent with my family. However, I'm not looking forward to starting my coursework next week. I came home from uni on Tuesday and spent the rest of the week chilling at home and spending as much time as I can with my family. Although we didn't do anything too exciting for easter and instead opted for a chilled weekend at home, I decided to take some photos on Good Friday and Saturday so that I can write a little blog post. Be warned though, if you're feeling quite peckish right now, you're probably going to feel a whole lot hungrier after reading this.
Of course we took a trip to our local fish and chip shop on Good Friday. It's tradition! After plating it all up, myself, my mum and my sister decided to have a little film night. We opted for The Best of Me (theres nothing wrong with a little Nic Sparks now and then) and then ended the night with Me Before You. As you can imagine, we all went to bed as emotional wrecks.
On Saturday, my mum got the whole family round and made the most delicious salad dinner. It was so nice to see the rest of my family as I hadn't seen them in such a long time now that I live nearly two hours away from home. The weather was also so lovely. Whilst all of the little ones got up to all sorts of trouble in the garden, I stayed in the kitchen with the adults and had a good old catch up.
Obviously I decided to take 1000 photos of Joseph. You wouldn't believe how long it took me to narrow them down to three.
